Metajure is different than other document management solutions. It doesn’t force you to profile every document, it goes and finds the documents wherever they “live” and makes the find-able.

Now Metjure is trying to work more with existing document management systems, with it’s new feature Illuminate.

Finding your Words

Document management comes in many firms. As firms of all types look to become paperless this becomes even more important.

If eveyone in your firm is well training and puts documents in exactly the right place then it is easier to find them. But does this always happen? Additionally maybe you wrote something that is related to what you are now doing, how do you find it? Do you have to know when you wrote it or the file for which you wrote it?  How much time do you spend searching? Those hours can add up to time you could spend billing more or out of the office enjoying your family, friends and hobbies.

MetaJure believes that technology should work for you, not create more work and it can help you get that time back, regardless of where the documents were stored. Read more about MetaJure in my Intuitive Accountant article and at Why Metajure
